How Many Pumps?

I had an AMS-700CX implanted in mid November. I am now cycling and am able to use it. I can put 20 or so full pumps in and it is hard enough to use at that point but if I keep at it and continue to pump I can get in 70 plus pumps especially in a hot shower. It seems like the bulb gets hard but then after a few minutes I can get a few more in, then a few more, and then a few more........ It seem like it could go on forever if I wait long enough. Is this normal? Will it ever get to a point of being able to put in just so many pumps and then it can't take anymore? How much fluid does a single pump transfer? Why is this occurring?

I would guess you're hitting the bypass valve. It's there so men can't overpump it, and if you max hardness at 20 or 30 then pump 31 makes it a little smaller, until it bypasses enough to let you pump it up again.
I learned that when I first started cycling and I figured if I keep pumping that thing for hours in a row it would get bigger, but it doesn't actually do anything.

Mine is nice at 15, fairly hard by 25 and hard enough to be painful at 37

I have the AMS700 CX with MS pump and 100ml Conceal Reservoir. With that being said I have seen it said that the MS pump pumps around 7ml per full squeeze. I would go with and guess that most men on average probably pump 5ml per squeeze but probably less than that due to variances of how fast and hard you squeeze and whether or not you allow the bulb to fully refill between squeezes. So if you allowed the pump to fully refill, and squeezed 5ml each pump of the bulb, you would only get 20 pumps in before you've emptied the reservoir. But the bypass valve will most likely prevent you from ever getting there. I could pump mine up till it was hard as steel rods and the bulb would be hard as well, but if I applied constant pressure on the bulb it would release and "pump" a few more times before the bulb was hard again and you could do this over and over as the bypass valve was being engaged.

There is no bypass valve on the MS pump. I asked this specifically of my doc because I had the same issue.
After a night in the hot tub at 104, something changed and now I get to 20 pumps and the bulb is rock hard. 10 minutes later I might be able to get in a partial pump, but after that it's like a marble. I've put my sack on my marble bathroom counter and pushed down on the bulb against the marble as hard as I could and it won't budge.
Something in that hot tub that night softened something up inside the pump and it finally seated. It's been great ever since. I've found a rudimentary schematic of the AMS MS pump online, and it confirmed there is no bypass valve.

25 full pumps, then the Perito exercise and an additional 5 pumps to reach 100% hardness.

Bionicnow, It still early for you, keep cycling, yep you have gains to make and this time next year you’ll be writing a different note to us.
For me After 2 years… I stable at 20,40,60. +/- 20 pumps for soft “ handful” play. 40 for nice jo or oral. 60 pum for hard insertion.
Enjoy your journey Enjoy the cycling.
