Gensis Pump holders - is this normal?

1st revsion to titan genesis Nov 23, so about 2.5 months out.

Usually pumped with right hand from 4 weeks, say in the 12/6 o'clock position. Got to maybe 8 pumps before pain set in and bulb was hard as rock.

Then to keep the story short, few days ago, while in a bath cycling, started tugging down with LEFT HAND IN 3/9 o'clock on pump while cycling. Suddenly bulb goes flat!! Like WTF! Pump a few more times till bulb get hard... huh?

I feel fluid rushing thru tubes and freaked out it was leaking, but it fills the cylinders more. Ok great! Just got another .5" miraculously.

So i now go from Lt to Rt.. 12/6, 3/9, 7/2, etc shifting and tugging the pump... random full 1 or 2 pumps then goes hard.. shift.. then soft pump.. etc...

All in total i think i get to about 20 pumps??

What's going on? Is it foreshadowing something?

I have the genesis pump and it was very hard at first, especially the first month or so. Never had exactly the same thing as your having but could only get 4-5 pumps in at very first. Could be breaking up some tissues that surround your implant. Be sure your not pinching the deflate button as your masking the pump. Can’t imagine getting a lot of pumps in this early. Normal would be 6-8 maybe more or less at first, increasing by 3-4 pumps per month as it all breaks in.Were you left partially inflated? Stay with it and see where it goes. If there’s an issue with the pump or a leak you won’t do it any more damage by continuing using it.The pump is virtually indestructible with just your fingers.Most likely it’s simply breaking in and genesis is known to be very hard at first but also known to be the most reliable pump on the market. If what your decade ones a bad problem call your dr.

Could be tubes kinking, I know your suppose to pull down on the pump as your squezzing but don't tug on it too much, right near the pump is where the tubing usually starts to develope a leak or break.

I also have the genesis, this is very close to my experience as well. I never had what your describing but the accidental hitting the deflate tabs has happened, but my pump never went flat, ever.

When i pump up I usually do 3/4 pumps, never mashing the pump totally flat, maybe try cycling with half to 3/4 pumps and see if that helps.

In suspecting a kink somewhere... but can't logically think of a spot. My best guess so far is a sticky valve in the pump???

I worry about tugging on the pump as well, but can't figure a better way to release the scar tissue

I think it does since it seems to keep the pump valve from shutting so tightly
