Got cold feet and cancelled surgery last minute; having second thoughts

Hi, so I was set to have surgery with Ralph on the 13th. I went to see him on the 6th so I can meet him in person and he can size me up. Everything went well in that regard. However, while I was in the clinic, I started thinking about the cost I'd be paying, and having second thoughts about it(maybe for a Western European standard it isn't a lot, but for my country, when you compare my currency to the pound, it kind of is). I also thought that I am just not mentally ready for a surgery like this. So I told him that I am hesitant, and he said it is okay and we can cancel the surgery and reschedule it for whenever I want.
So I went home and started thinking about the situation and the fee. Yes, Ralph is a top surgeon, but the fee is a lot and I could use that money to spend on my education. I decided to postpone the surgery a bit before I am 100% sure about it. Additionally, I did a bit of research and found out about dr Karaman in Turkey, and that the cost for everything would be 9000 euro, which is considerably less. I have started to consider him as an option, instead of Ralph, purely cost - wise(I have read good things on here about his quality as well).
That was just to give an update, but if someone is willing to share Karaman's contact details, I would appreciate it.
