My Penis gets 50-60% hard by itself.

Hi

I haven’t started cycling yet as I am having trouble finding the deflate button.

Seems my penis inflated itself again about 50-60

Anyone else ever have this occur?

Yes I have same problem I’m 4 months post op have a Titan and bulb is hard to squeeze

I don’t have a Titan but I would think it is similar but after deflating, pump once until you feel the pop , this should help with the auto inflation.

If my wife messes with me or I wake up in the middle of the night I occasionally have a semi firm dick due to natural engorgement. There are two seperate blood supplies that give you an erection. One is abviously destroyed when implanting, the other supplies the glans and the shaft along the outside of the implant. Mine gets much more round as I get turned on.

Just saw DR with follow up.

Dr stated that my reservoir got pushed inside my stomach and pushed fluid into my Johnson.

So who knows what I did lol

Like I said if you press the pump until it switches to pump mode it should not auto inflate anymore

I was just about to post something similar.

I'm two weeks out and everytime I deflate I'm back to 50-60% in 20 minutes or less. It makes walking, standing, or sitting all but impossible because of the pain it causes in my perineum. I'm going back to the office to see the coloplast rep tomorrow so he can verify I'm deflating properly.

I've been careful with lifting restrictions and not straining with BMs, but I can feel the reservoir when I'm deflated.

Nycflugel, what are your options on resolving your reservoir placement?

Switching to pump mode doesn't make any difference for me. I get about 20-30% inflated minutes after deflating and squeezing all the saline out that I can. I'm not yet to 3 months yet, so perhaps that is the issue.

I think that swelling has a roll in this , shouldn't be at several months.
Swelling this places the fluid .

I squeeze as hard as I can, sort of milking my dick backwards towards my body, trying my darndest to get as much fluid out as I can. Painful. I had my post op consult with Dr. yesterday and he told me that the cylinders are very tough and that I cannot hurt them. So squeeze I did and my dick looks fairly manageable when done, but then a few minutes later I've got a decent, firm chub going again. I think I'm just pushing the saline into the rear of the cylinders and they are expanding to receive the fluid and then when I let up, it goes back into the external part of the cylinders again. Frustrating. But, hoping now that I can cycle, the cylinders will eventually become more pliable and cooperative. This has been a huge learning curve for me. I hope I can make nice with this thing soon.
