Rodsmen's First Public "Showing" 74 days post-surgery (10 weeks)

My apologies for it having been so long since I have sent an update. I took photos almost every day of the progress and I will back-fill the dates when possible so that other men going through recovery will be able to compare photos and notes.
I had a red-letter weekend, as it was the first time I tested my new dick in public. Friday was an event at our local leather bar called "Cock Sock." I used it as my first test because I could leave anytime if it became too painful to be pumped up at all, and it is very nearby. The rules are that you only need to wear shoes and a (children's) sock on your cock. I knew from daily experience that I can only stand to be truly fully pumped and fuck for 20 to 30 minutes and not all that much longer while not doing anything. Therefore, I only pumped up to horizontal. I am still not far enough along that I can get a full bulb's worth more than 20-some times. After that, it is only partial pumps so I can't say what percentage a horizontal boner is, but I knew that was OK for long periods. I was anxious for a few reasons. My scrotum is still very sensitive and the pump still seems to be stuck to it, which can be quite painful. Secondly, the tubes protrude very prominently on the left side of my shaft and then in my sac, while the giant AMS pump is very low (where the doctor wants it) and sticks down below my balls. I knew there would inevitably be lots of grabbing and I feared it getting painful. My final concern was that I have not gotten back most of the 1" of length I lost or any of the 1-1/2" girth, and that is compared to being fully pumped, which I could not do for a long period. The difference in size--especially girth--is big between pumping to being horizontal to fully up, so I knew I had a smaller dick than I have ever had before, and I am accustomed to going there after using a pump and Trimix, so I had no idea what the reactions would be.
As it turned out, I guess being consistently hard beats size, even just at the looking, talking, or possibly feeling stage. There were only a couple of hundred men there, but most were wearing only a sock and I had no problem whatsoever "standing out." Several dozen men grabbed my dick and to my surprise, most grabbed my balls too. I hadn't noticed that before the surgery when attending these events. All but one of them were very gentle. Of course, everyone felt the big and heavy pump, but no one said a word, and it didn't turn anyone off. Lots of them stroked it very gently. I told the implant story many, many times and finally shortened it from an "elevator length" to just, "I recently got an inflatable dick implant." Of course, almost everyone assumed it was for size, but that didn't matter. I was busy the entire 3-1/2 hours "getting exercise" as my husband and I call it until they closed.
Armed with new confidence from the "test run," we went to our favorite (OK, only) Super Bowl party, "SuperHole." There were a few hundred men, and it was similar to my experience at "Cock Sock," but there was more room making it possible to see and be seen by more people at once. As per our agreement, my husband Paul and I had the first fuck. There was a table right next to the big video screen, so that was the perfect location. We only stopped because I wasn't certain how long I could go, even at 50% with absolutely continuous fucking. Paul and I had maxed out at three hours before, and the party was seven hours. It was an amazing success, with men lined up at several points waiting for my new bionic dick. Paul got tired, so we only stayed for 5-1/2 hours, but I was able to keep it going pretty much non-stop the whole time, with countless dozen happy men. I told my whole story over and over again. Almost no one had ever heard of an implant, but there was a lot of interest from the guys for themselves or someone they knew. It's all the more reason that I want to become an evangelist. I told my doctor that I would do a show and tell for anyone or any group. I so wished I could feel what they really felt like before going for the surgery, so I hope to give more men (and their husbands, wives, etc.) the interest and confidence to get the surgery.
BTW, if any of you have considerations regarding raw dogging, we are on both conventional (HIV) PreP as well as the lesser-known Doxy PreP for most other STIs. I have not gotten anything since going on Doxy PreP many months ago.
