Size / girth concerns

Hello,

I had a malleable implant following an infection for a 3-piece implant. I'm still happy compared to before, when I couldn't have intercourse at all, but there's a problem. I suspected I'd lose size, but it's getting to the point where I have to be honest. It hurts me to admit it, but now I'm quite self-conscious about it.

I KNOW it's better than before because I can have sex, but I'd still like some feedback. Will I be able to get a better size/thickness with a 3-piece implant in the future, or even with a malleable one? Would the VED allow this even with a malleable?

The IPP can definitely expand your penis to a larger thickness than the malleable. You can also get filler injections around the implant to increase girth.

Not really a huge fan of injections. But I'm wondering if in the future i could change my implant in order to get more girth or size.

I too have a mallabble .. loss of size is a perceived notion if you read up on it .. the longer you have ed the more shrinkage you get as well as you age you will shrinkage. Are you at the age you are really trying to impress anyone? .. Is your partner happy with it ...does he/she think you have loss size or are they agreeing just to get you to shut up about it. . . You can get a noise in your car and focus so much on it you miss an important noise that happens and causes damage. Yes from my understanding and what I have read on here you can get a little more girth. I never had an inflatable I went right into a mallabble . don't forget not all mallabbles are created equal ..some brands do not have the same size rods as others .. My implant is a rigicon and my rods are 13mm and my girth about 5 1/4 or so .. fillers and injects are just asking for trouble and infections in something that is already predisposed to infection. Why help it along by doing fillers or another surgery for that matter ... just my opinion passing through ..
