For those that had used trimix before the implant how do you compare the two as far as feeling sensitivity?
Trimix works ok for me but most of the times I'm so hard its almost not enjoyable...hard to explain.
Hoping the implant may give a more natural feeling.

Used trimix injections for 2 years. The times it did work properly the feelings were just not there as opposed to my implant which feels like the real thing each and every time. For the most part trimix was one pain in my ass and left me with a bad case of scar tissue of which the dr cleaned it all up.

I used tri-mix for a little over a year and when it did work it was often so hard that it was uncomfortable and at times painful before I got it to go down sometimes 3-4 hours after injection. This left me aching for hours and sometimes sore for a day or two. I had descent sensitivity when on injections but it doesn’t compare to the total adjustability and on or off at my demand. Any time any place for exactly as long as I wanted. I did struggle with sensitivity and anorgasmia for a few months post surgery but that corrected it self over a few months and now it’s as good as it was any time in the last 10 years!

Thats exactly what I am experiencing, hoping after the implant I can go "softer hard" as I desire.
Personally after short changing my incredible wife with pe and ed for so many years I dont care if I get off or not.
The simple fact I will be able to have sex with her when she wants it for as long as she wants it will be
wonderful!

What I didn't like about using tri-mix was a 4hour + erection . Gone was spontaneity. Sex could only be done at night ( because of older kids in the house ) where I could stay hidden and sleep off my erection. If going out of town, I'd have to pack a medical bag with supplies ( needles, antiseptic wipes, tri-mix vial with cold pack, benadryl ( to help erection go away and sleep ). It was kinda cumbersome. Eventually ( New Years Eve of all nights !) tri-mix failed me and implant was a no brainer for me .The implant is WAY better ! Spontaneity is back ! Erections when I want and lasting as long as she needs . 100% confidence in my ability to perform . Anxiety gone . Humiliation Gone. I love my implant

I used Trimix for several years before my implant. You do have to plan out when you want to use it, I had the same issue as others in that it would last 4+hours at times and was pretty much hard as a rock and felt like I did at full inflation on my implant. Trimix lasts until it's out of your system, with the implant it will last only as long as you want, no injection needed, just pump it up when you want and deflate when you're finished. Now if only they'd hurry up and get my surgery scheduled to replace this second one that's failed I'd be good to go....

I went so long with ED that it was greatly affecting my marriage, no matter what I said or medicine could prove my wife felt like it was her fault or that she no longer got me excited. It took many months for the mental and emotional side to catch up with the physical ability to get and keep an erection. In a way I can say the implant fixed my marriage. She loves my new dick! She likes it very hard for sex but a little less for oral. And I love the ability to adjust as needed and to let it down after sex when I get ready. Usually hold the button on the genesis til it equals out with pressure in resivour, which leaves me with a nice chubby, then sometime just before I fall asleep I’ll usually give it a good squeeze and release the rest of the pressure.

There was a lot of times with tri mix I couldn’t cum. Having a 3-4 he erection and not cumming or having a partner that doesn’t want to get “beat” up for 4 hrs really doesn’t make it all its cracked up to be. Orgasms with the implants are much better and when you are max inflated it feels every but as rigid when you hit the sweet spot with tri mix. Having an implant is much better for spontaneity and for partners who want it everyday rather than being sore for 2-3 days due to a marathon session. Also it’s nice to be able to for awhile until she gets tired, rest then go again, or off and on all day/night. Something you can’t do with tri mix.

If I narrow down the OP’s question to just the quality of erection, while engaged in sex, I prefer a perfectly induced trimix erection. I define that as a needle stick that didn’t hit a hidden vein, dick doesn’t ache during sex, and the dosage dialed in just right to last long enough but not 4hrs either. Under those circumstances, the feeling of a blood filled dick is hard to beat IMO. Also, I always got great glans engorgement with trimix. And any loss of sensation was a bonus helping me last longer but didn’t prevent me from reaching orgasm.
Problem was, those perfect or even really good trimix injections happened too infrequently.
If I broaden the question to include the hassle of traveling with trimix, lack of spontaneity, putting a needle in my dick, misfires, morning after aching dick, can’t get erection to go down if unexpected interruptions happen, atrophy, and so on…….
What I’m trying to say is; All things considered, My wife and I very much prefer our intimate time now with the implant over the trimix years. My only regret not getting it sooner.
