Hello,
I was wondering if you know any good underwar which can contain an inflated implant (maybe not full but a high percentage) so that you can prepump It before sexy and it is not noticeable.

I wear Seperatec. My jeans over them holds my dick down with a nice bulge appearance. Pump to 50% if i think someone’s going to cop a feel. At 50% it still bends down comfortably. But definitely a bulge.

Can't you move to one side instead of down in order to dissimulate it better when inflated?

It's an issue I am trying to resolve.

Love the comfort of seperatec, but pre implant I still did not point it downwards because I am not interested in showing off a bulge (especially not to my grandkids and in public --when we all know that a bulge can be concealed).

The seperatec won't work with my implant because I need the dick to sit at the side slightly up about 10pm and 2pm.

I did try some new briefs and my dick did not fit inside and the angle left it cominh out of the pants.

I have ordered similar shorts to seperatec without the two seperate sections and a bit on the smaller size to see if they help with dick positioning. When they arrive today and I try them I will update you.

I don't want to point the dick up out of the shorts/pants or bend it downwards causing dog ears, plus showing a bulge off.

I guess your case could be different --based on implant type and which way you point your dick for comfort.

I also guess this all changes after being able to inflate and deflate. Are you inflating and deflating as yet?

Thanks for your answer. I Will wait for your update.

I do not have the implant yet, I am about to get it done next month.
In my case, the doubt is mainly because I would like to have the possibility to leave it inflated (maybe not full, but enough for sex) in case I think that I might have sex with a girl in the next few minutes/hours. Thus, I could dissimulate it easier without needing to inflate it before sex.

I think it is hard to know pre-implant, and your concern at first will be keeping the dick and balls comfortable, honestly. The basic hospital go-home pants and letting them hang inside my dressing gown have been best for this (for me).

I think it is going to be a matter of trying pant types out until you find what works for you personally. It is where I am at now and on 3rd type attempt :D

My guess, as stated as well, is when I am more healed, my needs might change based on how the dick is doing.

Seperatec are worth trying without an implant aS they are super comfortable. In Thailand as it is roasting it is like not wearing pants --rather than a sweat bath down there, which others have caused, or even worse --a selfie wedgie

We could make comedy sketches on this implant saga. It is quite hilarious
