Distal PENILE SHUNT AND MAllaBle implant problems?

I am a 40-year-old from Virginia. I had prior prism and my doctor here in Danville Virginia did a Al- ghorab penal shunt to relieve the erection. That was in August 2022 I could no longer get natural erections due to the severe coral fibrosis. The implant that I received in April 2023 was a genesis 23 CM 11 mm malleable. one of my rods on the right side has severely poked out and it’s almost through my glands . The same doctor wants to go in and fix it with another malleable in April 2024. Do I sound crazy or do you think I should let him do it again or try to see what other doctors have to say like doctors E ID. Dr. Lentz from from Duke did my surgery for the malleable implant The doctor in Danville will never touch me again he did the penile shunt. What should I do or is anyone ever had an implant put in with a al ghorab shunt??? I think I’m rare and scared to death. Help me out guys. Thanks

I am sorry to hear about your issues. There is nothing wrong wanting to go to another doctor to be checked out. You need to feel safe and secure in your doctor's decisions. Best to you.
