OTR with Smaller Scrotum

Question - I suffered some testicular atrophy from years of dealing with issues from varicoceles, calcification, related surgeries, biopsies, etc. My testicles tend to hang tight and the left one is notably smaller (and tends to be more tender to touch). Occassionally they hang looser, and sometimes the size fluctuates. The Titan OTR pump is placed below the smaller one, and I fear I the area will remain painful even when I fully heal, or if the size changes. Also, the smaller one seems to be hiding since the surgery. Does the scrotum naturally stretch. Hopefully this doesnt compromise the overall experience. I am 1 month out.

Your scrotum should stretch some to accommodate the pump. That may take a few months or more. It takes time for the two boys to get used to the new roommate.

Haven't had the implant yet, but at times, my scrotum feels nothing more that a Walnut shell. All shriveled and wrinkled.

Small balls here.
No pain when inflating...after the initial pre-op swelling and pain
Yes, the pump is noticeable.
