So I had my implant (Titan Coloplast) on December 26th and everything seems to be going well. It is healing well and have no pain only a title discomfort since my penis is not completely flaccid. Basically the tip rubs at times against my jeans and is a little uncomfortable.
I am wondering if anyone can suggest a type of underwear that is best post implant recovery? Is a tight brief the way to go? Is their a particular brand or style that is best?

a good number of people have switched to Jockey pouch briefs with "H" closure. At the advise of others I did and I still use them three years later.Tight was good for me on the lower abdomen and also the pouch lower down made the pump feel more at home. The sensitively you have will ,or should, get a lot better. Took me about 6 mo or closer to 1 year till the added sensitivity went away. In fact not just the tip but my whole penis didn't like rubbing against my clothing. It takes a while, but in the end it will feel completely natural.

Ditto's to Knotreel, I got my LGX on Dec 27th and bought the same briefs.
I normally wear boxers, but now the Jockey Pocket Briefs are holding the new toy fantasticly!
Happy Healing, and welcome to the Club,
Jere
P.S. Search "Briefs" on FT and you will find lots of post about these briefs. The guys that joined the club before us, really know there stuff!
