I payed cash for mine. I tried to get it done by getting insurance through my job and then applying to have it pay for it and just got the run around, which made me more nervous and impatient, so I decided to save and pay cash for it.

I was in my 20s and had no insurance. Took a lot of saving and I had to pay out of pocket..

Not an enjoyable experience at any point.

I'm 41, my insurance through my job covered it on the first try. I had used pills for two years, and injections off and on for one year, along with therapy (my ED is mainly psychological). I still have natural ability, but the doctor said there is some light veinous leakage. I have United Healthcare in Florida. I am honestly surprised it was fully covered with no fight. I have my procedure next week.
