Pre surgery measurement

At my consultation both my surgeon and his assistant took measurements, I understand that this was likely just for general info.
My question ..and I wish I would have thought to ask them is are the measuring just the shaft to where the glans start or fully to tip of the glans.
It seems it would be just the shaft but idk.
I am def not a shower and when soft (and anxious) I def turtle more, also everything becomes really tight so I def feel like the measurement would be less than it would be in a relaxed state.
Am I worried about nothing?
All input is appreciated.

Same boat, I became a grower especially with sus blood flow. After, you magically become a shower. The surgeon will figure it out.
Especially with Titan.

Any pre-surgery measurement is of no consequence. The money measurement takes place DURING the surgery when the doc is measuring for implant size, and that measurement is taken in a completely different manner.
I was never measured pre-surgery, there was no use for that information. Just make sure that your surgeon will have access to a range of sizes in the surgical theater, you DON’T want him just pre-ordering what he thinks you should need based on an office measurement.
My guess is everything will be fine he’s just filling a blank on his chart. Measurements typically include the glans, to the tip. Cylinders will be a portion of the way into your glans if sized and installed correctly.

He did state he would have various sizes and manufacturers available

As Jage said, exterior measurements mean nothing. After the cut into the cavernoso, the use a measuring tool and go both directions, distal and proximal. A good surgeon will stretch the penis out as far as he can pull it while doing so. Dr Perito uses saline injection into the penis prior to cutting into it and gives you as hard an erection as they can push with the big syringe causing your tissue to stretch out to its max. They measure both ways and add them and that’s the length they implant.

I recommend (for your own purposes and reassurance) measuring yourself, with photos. Length and girth. Get an erection as best you can and measure.
Memory is malleable. When you measure your post-surgery erect size, you want to be able to compare objectively and not depend on what you remember from 6 weeks or so ago. And certainly not from your pre-ED days

I can see this for curiosity sake, but there's no real use for this pre-op data. Once you are implanted, it is what it is, and it will be what it will be. IPP are to go from non-working to working, not smaller to bigger or thinner to thicker---those are bonuses for some.
What would be the use for comparison? You will either say you're bigger or you're smaller, but the goal was the erection, wasn't it? I doubt you'll go into your doc and say "look at these pictures, I'm bigger and more erect now, I demand a refund!" nor will you say "I'm smaller and thinner but able to achieve and keep an erection, I demand a refund!" Comparison is mostly a recipe for disappointment, no need to go there, let your memory fade and enjoy the present.
I don't see the use for comparison. My dick works now, it didn't before, that's all I expected and all I need. (...and both my wife and I remember longer and thicker, but we don't care one whit) As Dr. Clavell told me, his goal is to make you forget about ED and all things having to do with your penis issues. For me, mission accomplished.

The penis stretch test has no influence on your implant size. Also, it does not matter one iota if your a shower or a grower. Once sedated, your entire body relaxes. So the "on the table" measurement reflects your true size.
Do not worry that your dick has turtled for the stretch test. It can't turtle once you're sedated.
Some of you guys act like the drs haven't figured this all out a long time ago. If your dr doesn't have the experience to do it correctly? Did you actually check out his qualifications. Remember the advice. Research your dr. The common big names are easy to learn about. But don't be afraid to take a good look at the drs that fly under the radar. Most of them have enough business that they don't need the publicity. But are just as good.
