I have one and it works well with masterbation (watching porn, focused, no distraction), but for actual intercourse, it did not work as well for ME because my erection goes away with distraction. But your mileage may vary.
Just FYI, i have used ED meds for over 20 years and they don't work so well anymore. I have tried the injection method and I did not like it so I am getting an implant in a few days and I am looking forward to that.
