I love using my Titan but the deflated state is very uncomfortable. I will miss the girth it provides though, if I get less girth with an AMS CX. I wonder if the best of both worlds would be to use filler with CX to get back to Titan girth? Seems like it would also help with making the penis feel more natural in the hand, rather than feeling the sharp folds of a deflated titan.

I got a titan because I wanted rigidity and girth. I didn’t suffer with ED all these years to worry about what my soft dick looks/feels like. I want it to perform in the erect state. As long as that happens I don’t care about the flacid state.

If your Titan Coloplast is always still, that means one of two things: (1) The surgeon oversized you. That's doubtful. (2) You have room to grow.

Think of is as penis yoga. Inflate your cylinders to X extent. Press your penis to the 3 o'clock position. Do it slowly because you're going to the threshold of pain. Hold it until you wish you were a girl. Now, slowly, let it go.

Repeat at the 9 o' clock position.

Keep doing the exercise until you're able to accommodate the cylinders. When the exercise becomes comfortable, pump the cylinders to a higher level and stay with the regimen. Over time, you'll have no problem having a nice, loose, flaccid fit.

Ditto ! ..... my Titan is comfortable in all states though

Agree, I haven’t really encountered any issues

I did the perito exercises for a solid year. My flaccid is as soft as it can be, however it is still way bigger than it was before when flaccid! Actually enjoy its size. Never have to fish it out and stretch it on a cold day to take a piss.

You don't say what your present girth is now. Read my signature line. It is entirely possible to get a 6" girth with an AMS CX implant.

This is true as a mathematical function. If you have unused saline solution remaining in the reservoir at full mast, and you've been fitted with cylinders large enough to hold the entire contents of the reservoir, it follows the limiting factor is the volume of the corpus cavernosa. (Your dick is too small to hold the water.) Fill the penis as full as you can to place it at 90 degrees to the body. Rotate it around the clock. Then it will have to expand to hold the saline solution. Over time, the penile volume will have to expand to hold the entire contents of the reservoir.

How do you know you've maxed out? That's easy: When you can rotate your penis 360 degrees around the clock without pain at full mast, you've emptied the reservoir. But I don't want to hear people complaining about length or girth if there is any level of inflation where you're experiencing pain. You haven't used what you've got.
