Hi folks,

Can guys with AMS tell what the pump is like. I just readed an older message from a guy who had both AMS and Coloplast and he said the AMS pump was way too big, uncomfortable and a 'give a way' at one night stands.

Giving the fact this is just a N=1, can some AMS-guys tell their experiences regarding the AMS-pump?

Well they stick the pump in your balls and most guys worry, are my balls big enough- they are Lol. The pump is a BITCH at first because it’s hard as a rock, it’s in your ball sac and thats new and uncomfortable there is a tube hooked up to it and that’s noticeable at times and you’re thinking wtf have I done, Lol.
The pump softens up over time and use, do what the dr says, enjoy the process in a month you’ll be going… gezzz why didn’t I do this sooner because you’re going to have great hard ons. The process takes time then at a year you’ll stop thinking about all the new hardware and just be happy as hell you are a complete man again.

Usually it is cbinspok chiming in saying that he agrees with me. I’m gonna turn the tables this time and say that I wholeheartedly agree with him.

If the Titan pump is better than the AMS pump, then it has to be pretty damn miraculous ‘cuz the AMS variety is freakin great. The AMS device did not take long to master, and like he said, one pretty much forgets about the hardware.


Each of my balls is about the same size as that pump device, and my biggest concern was there room for all three in my Nutsack.

Fortunately, there was. As stuffed as it is it no longer hangs halfway to my knees but it looks totally normal.

How long do you have your implant? Which type?

Usually you won't know just from looking at your ball sack. But if they start feeling around then they will for sure notice you have a third ball in there. Nothing to worry about, especially if you tell them the truth that because you have that, you can vary how hard and how long you stay that way. Some might want to put you to the test and see if they can outlast your erection....

I have only experienced the AMS pump, so I can't give you comparison, but I'm completely happy with the AMS pump. It took a little while for something to "seat" in the pump, but after pumping in a hot tub everything changed for the better.

My pump works great, is easy to pump and I get completely rock hard at 20 pumps. I love the designed vibration when deflating, and it's never autofilled on me, it stays flaccid when I completely deflate. There is no possible way mine can be seen in my sack, there's no deformity or something that looks anything but normal. It can be pretty easily felt though...."one of these things is not like the other" comes to mind when handling my scrotum.
