Sex Mentality post implant

Honest question -
How did you feel going into a sexual encounter post implant knowing that you could stay as hard as you could tolerate? Especially when your partner isnt aware. I cant imagine sex without a performance concern, so my anxiety is morphing into other shit. For example, what if she doesnt like it, or it feels too hard, or oval or my glans doesnt stay engorged (I did have PE), what if the inflation constricts my ejaculation, yada yada yada...
Plan on some activity in 2 weeks and getting new anxiety.
Sorry for my brain dump. This is my only safe space.

Any anxiety you have about performing will get better and better the more sex you have once you are implanted. You’ll be able to enjoy it.

I’m with my wife of 37 years but applying my knowledge, just consider the advantages of being able to get and keep an erection over having ED. The rest of the issues you’re concerned about will work themselves out really quick after you start using it. Most women won’t know the difference In Shape unless they had you prior and then most likely you were having problems keeping it up!! After a few months my wife said it’s the best hard on I’ve ever had! Sure she noticed the difference but very soon after she was used to the new me

My wife says the only difference is Im much harder now.
I pretty much operate as I did before. Im not really comforted by being able to keep going for multiples.
I do have some issues finishing and find I have to be a bit aggressive when its time to wrap it up. I do ask my wife if Im going to rough, she says shut up and finish.

I had all of these concerns. And the truth is, my new dick is way better than the dick I had before. Once you try it out and you give a lady a ride she will never forget you will gain the confidence you need moving forward. You don’t need lube or anything else. Best decision ever.

I was unsure of my capabilities when first attempting sex post-implant. I called upon my pre-implant experiences to guide me.
#1 Reduce expectations. Tell her you have a new implant and you are essentially a virgin again. She will appreciate the honesty and probably be fascinated by the prospect.
#2 1 make sure she has an orgasm before attempting penetration. If you are clumsy (or as I was pre-implant, maybe could not perform) she at least had a good experience.
#3 a pre-coitus orgasm or two will ensure she is well lubricated without anything from a tube or bottle.
#4 Go slowly. You no longer need to hurry. There is a line from a song that applies here, "Women crazy 'bout me 'cause I takes my time." Be gentle and if you feel yourself about to orgasm, you can stop. Your erection will not collapse. You can even pull out, change positions, start over. And if you do orgasm/ejaculate, that just means some extra lubrication because your erection will still be there.

Lots of good advice already given. All I'll add is worrying about all that stuff will not help or change anything.
The first couple of times will seem/feel different, but only to you. The partner should not notice anything different other than the fact you can go on, and on, and on.

It’s been a mixed bag for me. ( don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my implant) my boring story is. Wife was never for implant, not into sex at all “ at our age we shouldn’t even be thinking about sex” Maybe twice a year for me ;(.
So as suggested by a friend here on FT I went on Silver daddy’s as a bi guy. Not much action in my little town mostly lookers, sadly the 2 interested parties rejected me because of implant which has been a real downer for me. I keep hopeful something will break and I’ll actually get to use this thing before my first revision Lol.
Its all good , cbinspok

Yes. Good advice. The first month or so you may feel pain with penetrative sex. Sometimes very sore. Lubing will help a lot.
