Hi all, so i am one month past my implant. What i realized is that my AMS pump is bigger than i had imagined so it is like a third testicle in my scrotum. in fact i think it is larger/heavier than a testicle.

I am experiencing a constant soreness from that area, most likely because of the additional weight? I find that i am most comfortable lying down or sitting if i want some relief.

Would you share:
1. how long it took for you to get used to it? for the soreness to go away
2. what device/garment you use to help support the three boys?

i am trying this but limited success

That 3rd ball always bugged the hell out of me, it never got what I would call comfortable, and whenever the wifey felt it or grabbed my balls, she would winst and ask me right away,,, did that hurt ?

Took me about 3 months for the boys to adjust to their new roommate. Had minor pain for maybe 5 months if I sat wrong or got the boys squeezed wrong. At 6 months it was better, by one year everything felt like a part of me.

I'm pretty happy with my " third testicle." Dr Clavell did a good job with the placement...it tucked behind and up from the OG testies. Perfect placement imo....easy to get to but my sac looks normal. Never experienced any discomfort or pain , I don't even know it's there until I'm feeling for it to pump. Hope your situation works itself out over time.

Someone recommended taking Ibuprofen and Tylenol together plus wrapping the scrotum with a layer of gauze and then bandaid tough wrap wound tape. It works for me, makes a huge difference. For support I wear boxer briefs. At first, all I was taking was the Tylenol and the Vicodin. The first day of taking the Tylenol and ibuprofen together swelling went down a lot.

There is also that self-adhering stretchy tape.....kind of like what they use to place a cotton ball after a blood draw. At the pharmacy, you can find different colors and widths. I use one about 1.5" wide around the head when I put my erect penis in shorts/jock for walking.
