Hello brothers,

46 y/o Dutch otherwise healthy male. 25 years of gradually worsening E.D. after quitting Propecia (Finasteride). Things went really downhill after divorce in 2016. Pills worked from then on but the later on it went more and more a hit and miss. Tried injections once with leaved me at the E.R.. with a priapism. Tried TRT with just temporary effect. Also things like HIT-traing, animal based diet, reducing carbs, intermittent fasting helped but not consistent.

In The Netherlands there are no high-volume doc's. In Belgium there are two. Dr. Renthergem in Hasselt for who I went first but was denied after I cancelled several times for different reasons. The other one Dr. Andrianne in LCU hospital in Liege who is doing penile implants over 17 years. At the day of my operation he did two more that day. He's doing hundreds a year.

I am implanted with an AMS LGX with 1 rte both sides.
Prior surgery i was about 7 inch with Cialis. Now one day after surgery I am a little over 5.5 inch, semi-inflated. Dr. said most likely over time I will be like same length or a little under. Operation was penoscrotal. At this moment, one day after, almost no bruising. Painfree, but ofcourse with painkillers. Penis looks and feels normal and I even got some sensation in it when my girlfriend visited :D

Insurance covered 70% of the 10.000 euro bill because it was abroad. But if I had upgraded my insurance beforehand by 20 euro the month I would have had the bill paid by insurance, but my loss.Stay for two nights in the hospital for recovery.

So for so on everything is going well. Fingers crossed for the future.

Welcome Ducthie to the Bionic Brotherhood all the way from Texas!
Since you have the LGX you should be able to get your length back with cycling your implant when you are given the green light to do so.

Reach out to us veterans for help with your journey!

S-Works

PS, I was stationed in Germany from 91-95 and visited your beautiful country many times and Belgium as well. Retired U.S. Air Force

Hi Dutchie, with 21+1 I am pretty sure you will reach your 7" back (the LGX 21 expands approx 4cm more, so it's like having a 26 cm implant when fully inflated)

you will have to cycle your implant when the doctor will tell you, keep us updated

5th day after surgery. Everything is going well. Although walking is still difficult. Also some dull pain. Still taking painmeds so not sure if I would have serious pain without it.
Semi-erect left curve is still there.
Almost no swelling.

This semi-erect penis looks a lot like my pre-implant semi-erect. I wonder how it looks when fully in- and deflated.
I have readed that some brothers commented about how flat the implant is. In my case semi-erect it's still normal shape, but maybe it will be flat when fully inflated.
I think the width semi-inflated is like how it was before. So I hope with cycling and fully inflated I will gain some width.

No problems with hiding in clothes. I read some topics about Titan brothers having problems with that (while other Titan brothers don't have this issue). For me the natural flaccid was more important than the extra rigidity and width wich the Titan gives. So that's why I choose for AMS.

My boys have definitely a new "Stephbrother"

At this moment still not having the "what the fuck did I do" thoughts.

I am surprised how natural it feels. If I touch my dick it feels totally like my pre-implant dick.
Also I can feel sensation when touching my girlfriend.

I wonder if it's okay reaching an orgasm at day 5
