I noticed not one mention of a mallabble implant ... are they not done in Europe? anyone know or heard of them being done?

I just watched through the demonstration of pumping up the implant, I didn’t need to watch the entire porn movie. I think it’s misleading, because it is very unusual for an implant too be at 1 o’clock or straight up after pumping it hard. All the other implants I have seen are at around 3 o’clock, or 90 degrees when hard… I have been on the fence about an implant, but if I could get results like that guy, even if my penis is slightly smaller, I would do it. Most of the implant pictures I have seen they are at 90 degrees, plus they don’t look that natural when flaccid. Obviously, they pick someone with a perfect, or more than perfect, implant for the video.

I’ve seen videos by Perito that an implant will not change your angle of erection. Your anatomy dictates that. If you were at 2 o’clock before that’s what you will be after. An implant cylinder is straight from rear tip to the glans tip. Also after my Titan got broke in and much softer I have a very natural looking penis. It hangs about 4:30-5 and definitely is a shower but otherwise looks totally normal. I’m approximately 5-1/2” flaccid and 6-3/4 when pumped hard, so again, probably about normal if I had been a shower before. Love my bionic buddy and will be having my 2year anniversary in a couple weeks.

i think angle is how its installed also... my first was infapubic and had a lot higher angle didnt move much side to side up down a lot stiffer in place ....my second one was penoscrotal has a lower angle but can move every direction freely feels a lot better during sex just my thought loved both

I'm so glad someone has the same question that I had. Malleables seem like neglected species in the US and Europe!

I don't think they are neglected. I think doctors avoid them because of problems with pressure atrophy and erosion.
But the inflatables always break and put patients at risk with multiple operations.
