Implantat

After much consideration, I decided to get an implant. It's just enough. I've been living with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction and venous leaks for almost 9 years. I've tried almost everything that's currently on the market - shockwave therapy, pills, pumps, etc. - nothing helps. The only thing that helps is sex or masturbation while lying on my side. Strangely enough, I get an 80 percent erection. Otherwise, when I kneel standing up, I have no chance of maintaining a suspected erection. My question here is to the guys who have an implant. Flexible or hydraulic. It's amazing to me that my partner doesn't notice anything. I can just imagine because of the hydraulic system that it's not noticeable every time I press on the bag. what are your experiences?

you story sounds pretty similar to mine. my dick also only worked when on my side!

partners wont notice the reservoir inside of you. its too deep to be palpable. only thing they would notice is you pumping up your penis.

mine is a titan, so in the earlier stages it does make a noise, its easily masked with playing music.

i never had a partner notice unless i tell them. you would need to take some precautions and come up with your own method but its definitely doable.

Glad you were able to make that decision. It is a tough one but I'm sure you'll be happy with the results.
A female should not notice anything different, except the fact you can stay hard a long time.
Look up how an implant works. The cylinders in your penis fill with saline when you squeeze the pump, the saline is stored in a reservoir placed in your abdomen.

Yes, maybe some blood vessels are pinched in a way to reduce outflow in this position. Common for certain positions to cause better erection.

some people are having positive results with the verica device .
it uses radio frequencies to restore collagen

this is a post from a guy who bought one;by the way ,the same guy did post another comment .but in a new thread .

here it is ,one month ago ; Last evening I completed my 5th Session from my recently acquired Vertica.

For 25+ years I have done oral, injections and penis pumps. The injections are still effective.

I have been experiencing some morning wood, more frquently than with just the pumping

Last night I was watching a movie that u would classify as soft porn

Well it happened.... I went to about 3/4 wood before physical stimulation ! Purely mentally induced.

WOW !!!! It simply happened like in years gone by. I had a great sensation in my penis and stomach from the excitement

So I rewarded myself with completing the 'task at hand" - lol ! Totally exhilarating because no meds.

I dont think this is a "one-off" otherwise I will be truly disappointed.

It was a big spenf of $$, and a gamble. No pain, no gain

i considered buying one , but its new and there isn't a lot of studies or user posts on it yet , there are a few on reddit . a couple with positive results and one that said it had no effect.

Interesting.
RF energy can heat tissue, in the same way as a microwave oven heats food.
It's non-ionizing radiation, so shouldn't have any detrimental effect to cells, as long as the field intensity isn't high enough to cause burns. You may not feel pain until the damage is done, so be careful.
I'd definitely be very cautious, and consult my doctor before trying anything like that.
