VED works well after the cycling period is allowed to start

Dr Blick highly recommended it. I can feel already it works. It makes a big difference - just keep the VED set low. Especially when just starting cycling. Still lots of healing to go here.

Can you elaborate how it works for you. You are cycling till max and than VED or do you use VED when deflated?
Does it hurt when fully inflated?
I have to say when I inflate to the Maxx it's very hard to leave it inflated for half an hour. I cycle two times daily for half an hour.

I do two sets of 10 Perito exercises for my morning cycle routine.
In the evening, I follow, kind of, the Clavell VED routine. Inflate as much as you can. Vaccuum to max 15 for about 15 seconds each time. (After each 5, I take the VED off and get in a few more pumps.) He says then hold the last one for 2-3 minutes, but someone here on the board mentioned they saw impressive results holding for 30 minutes. I've been adding minutes, and with the best seal/protector I could find has allowed me to gradually build up to 17 minutes.
It has me back to within 1/4" of my nigth-before erect length. I think I lost 3/4" with the surgery...maybe a little more. And, it gets really uncomfortable with that amount of time. I have been cyclying for 7 weeks. It's work. I seldom miss it, but maybe once a week, I skip an evening session. It's hard to believe I need to do this for 24 weeks, but I signed up for this and am slowly getting results, so it's not possible for me to quit.

I'm a huge VED user and proponent. I also pump to the max , hit it with the VED ( Hold ) then release. I'll do that over and over . You can see your implanted member getting stretched longer . As said by others...be careful with the chamber pressure. Don't over do it ! Take a break to let the blood circulate and try to squeeze in more pumps then repeat .

I think your routine is very strong and most certainly will help you reach your goals. I'd also think that if it doing this for 24 weeks is a concern to you, you really don't have to take it that seriously. There's plenty of research that followed patients using VEDs for ~15 minutes a day and them regaining/gaining size.
15 would surely work but I do like effort in a bit more work, because it's your dick, so why not? And the number of 15 minutes bothers me because implanted patients were told for a long time by their urologist that she should simply cycle 15 mins a day (and no VEDs), and many patients took that literally, causing them to lose size because they never got the implant to expand to its max and take their dick with it. So, how about try to some VED use, Perito's exercise, and maybe some stretching it or pulling it for about 30 minutes a day? And I still use crazyjoe's propeller technique sometimes.
Do that, and you'll probably get your size back or even grow more.

What kind of VED protector/guard/collar do you use? I've bought many. The best one kind of inhibits girth expansion. The pain at that end is the hardest part......

I use an older one I bought years ago . It's an electric, rechargeable VED call CALEXOTICS . It came with a silicone sleeve inside it that acts like ( I guess ) an artificial pussy . I removed that early on because at the time I bought it , I was having erection problems and couldn't penetrate it . Now the hard plastic just seals itself against my skin and it works well
