I would highly advise against both. You are having a major surgery. You would not want any kind of possible complication or adverse event. Forgo the momentary in favor of long term benefits.

I was thinking more in terms of helping the corpus to be more relaxed from the residual benefits of the meds and maybe help with the sizing in the surgery. sometimes i get a better erection 24 hrs after those meds.

I used a ved a few hours prior surgery. Surgeon said the procedure went very smooth. The ved might have helped, but I can't guarantee.

Your surgery may be cancelled by the anesthesiologist if you have taken Levitra / Viagra within 24 hours prior to surgery, OR if you have taken Cialis within 36 hours prior to surgery.

Talk to your surgeon about what you may do in the days leading up to surgery.
