5 weeks after IPP i gained like 3 cm of waistline. No big diet changes. I didn't workout those 5 weeks, but I also never train my waist.
Is it possible I have a bigger waist because of the reservoir. I can imagine the reservoir add some extra cm's. Or am I just going to be fat :D

The reservoir should not add any size to your waistline.
Well, unless you are a lazy butt like me and lay around eating cookies all day.

The placement of the reservoir may be discernible in people with visible abdominal muscles and/or a narrower waist, while it is not or barely visible in men with belly fat and/or a blocky build. I get the impression that my abs bulge a little more after implant surgery.

When I got implanted on 12/31/2019 I was at the peak of my fitness phase. Covid hasn’t hit, I was in the gym 1.5-2 hours daily. I had taken my lean distance runner build that had turned into a dad bod and put a lot of meat on my chest, shoulders, and arms. I was 6’0”, weighed 185#, and wearing a 30” waist wrangler jean.

The local high school football coach used to joke that I was built more like a high school quarterback than his starting quarterback.

I still don’t know where my reservoir is. They’ve hung it in my abdomen someplace. It’s not visible. It wasn’t after surgery with about 10% body fat and it sure as hell isn’t with 20%.

This year is my 50 yr high school reunion so I’m back at the gym. I’m back down to a 32” waist and still see nothing that makes me think reservoir.

I think this falls into the “nothing to see here folks” category. Having had multiple (6) hernias of various types (3 inguinal, 2 epigastric, 1 umbilical) I was afraid the reservoir would be a nightmare.

If I don’t even know where it is, I’d say it’s much ado about nothing.
