Titan implanted a few weeks ago. Anyone have the constant urge to urinate? Even after urinating, bladder still feels full. Going to the bathroom at least every hour. No pain while peeing or burning whatsoever and no infections. Insights?

Could be urinary tract infection. Get urine sample taken. Can have UTI without discomfort

If they put a catheter in you, that can cause the bladder to feel like it needs to empty.
I've been getting catheterized every 3 months for a bladder cancer check. I always feel like I need to pee. But have your surgeon check for UTI and/or if you are emptying your bladder fully when you do urinate. Even a tiny bit left in my bladder makes the urge start up.

I also had this issue and still having it more than 3 years after implant. My prostate was removed. For me, I cannot empty my bladder completely. I get drops some up to 10 minutes after peeing, sometimes, I have to always put napkins inside my underwear. It is weird that it increases when after taking a shower. I used to have this dribbling problem even before getting my prostate removed but was just a little. I still do not know the reason.

I had the same type of thing for the first few weeks or more but ultimately things improved and are normal now. Just check with the doctor to make sure it’s nothing else.

thanks all. I’ll reach out to my doc. I had a 3 week follow-up last week and i mentioned it. He thought it might be the reservoir pushing on the bladder, but to keep an eye on it. A week later and it’s getting worse. Never had a UTI so is worth investigating. Did have a cathedar for the procedure. I started to document this week and bladder feels full and all that’s left is as much as count to four, every hour. I feel full again even right after i pee.

I had this issue for the first month after surgery. It slowly got better. I am unable to hold it as long as what I used to, but the issue has mostly resolved.

I had TURP to alleviate my BPH several months before my implant and discussed my fear that the reservoir might cause frequent urination again with my surgeon. He placed the reservoir away from my bladder, on my left side (I have hernia mesh on the right). I have not had any BPH-like signs since the implant.
