Oil based lube (any lube for that matter) will not contaminate the implant.
Unless the implant has eroded through skin, is your incisions has opened (and that would be a MASSIVE infection problem, not because of the lube but because of bacteria), the implant is safely inside you and protected.
Use whatever lube feels good.

I've used a drop of mineral oil on my glans to get in for years.
They say to only use something that you could ingest.
I get the oil at Walmart.

I have heard coconut oil is a fine lubricant. Solid at room temperature (no accidental spills) and liquefies quickly at body temperature. Also tasty.
Can be used for cooking as well.
