Can anyone explain to me what a malleable implant is. I known nothing about implants.
Thanks in advance.

The simplest terms, one implant relies on a reservoir of fluid to pump the cylinders within your shaft up to create an erection, thus you have a reservoir, pump and the cylinders (that is what I have a Coloplast Titan). The second, malleable is solid cylinders. You are always erect, and it is hinged. Up, erect and hinge down to try and hide in your pant. You only have the two cylinders in your shaft no other parts. The malleable, I believe, was the first form of implant and is a great solution for someone with dexterity issues and finds pumping (squeezing) difficult or impossible.

Wow, always erect? How to hide the elephant would be a real problem. Doesn't mean you are always horny though?
Seem to me that the less moving parts the less breakdowns a system will have.
Is there a major difference in the cost of the implants? And does the Canadian Health care system contribute anything to this operation? How to find a surgeon who doesn't botch the job?
Thanks, Budward

I have a Rigicon which is a mallabble implant since 6-2023. It is not hard to hide at all I have the old man belly and a lower fat pad so hiding it is no issue. Unless you are super hung you would never have an issue hiding it. Mine bends 135 degrees according to the owners manual, not sure if that is true but have no issues bending it downwards or upwards to use it. I'm in Fl so I wear shorts year round for the most part, most of the time jean shorts have never had an issue with concealment. After 3 or 4 months you hardly notice you have it unless you get it trapped in your underwear, then it feels like a 20yr old erection that is trapped if you can still remember those.
