pump bulb flat

Hi guys . I'm 27 months into life with my titan 22cm . I've got a new partner and we have quite rigorous sex, so ive been inflating more and noticed some gains, but twice, once about a month ago and once this morning ive noticed my pump bulb go completely flat and stop passing fluid, this is at completely maxed out erection. It's fine if i deflate a bit and will repump to same level. I've messaged doctoer ralphh and he said i may have a small leak and it will become more obvious. Could i have used all the fluid he put in? or is it more likely a small leak? Has anyone else had this problem and does it get worse? thanks

I had same problem. The leak did not get worse but the slow fluid loss resulted in softer and softer erections. I noticed the leak only happened when deflated so I inflated to max which was 75%, and left it that way for the 3 months it took to get a revision.

How do you like your Titan vs the CX you had before? Any observations or pros/cons?

I’m experiencing a similar issue. Exception is my pump bulb springs back to round and feels hollow instead of going flat. My limited knowledge of hydraulics makes me suspect some air is entering the pump bulb during the last few mini-pumps approaching max. This started out intermittently but now is happening almost every time I cycle to max inflation. I discontinued daily cycling months ago but still like to max out the implant 2-3 times per week to maintain the gains so to speak. Fortunately this hasn’t affected use of my implant for sex since I only pump up about 80% for date night.

By all accounts, everything works perfectly until near max inflation. That’s when the pump used to be full and too hard to squeeze anymore. Now I max with a squishy half air/half fluid feeling to the pump bulb. However I think I’m still getting the same level of girth pressure and it becomes uncomfortable at 1-1.5 hours same as before. So all indications are I’m maxing at the same level as before, even though now the pump feels squishy instead of hard.

I also wonder;
(A). Have I maxed out the implant’s expansion capacity and simply using all the fluid put in? If so I guess that’s a good thing and I would be happy with that for the rest of my life.
OR
(B). Has a small leak developed which has not yet affect performance of the implant? If so, that will probably become more apparent by size and hardness loss over the next couple months and mean a revision is in my future.

I guess time will tell if it’s A or B. In the meantime, summer is approaching where I live and my implant is otherwise working fine. I’ll continue to enjoy it and carry on trying not to worry about it for now.

hi
I think we all know that this can happen at some point, the strange thing is that it is in less than 3 years, when we supposedly have a 12 to 15 year expectation of correct operation.
Some doctors talk about problems in the procedure, when they happen so soon, unless there has been an accident or similar.
Anyway, it's not good news, I hope they can fix it.

Greetings

I will give you some hope…. I pumped and did Perot exercises rigorously twice daily for 30 minutes for 12 months and about the 13th month I was pumping to the max as usual and the same thing happened to me. The ball went flat and didn’t refill! Talk about an OS moment!! Calmed myself down from a panic attack and came to the same conclusion as you either I’ve used all the fluid in which case I’m truly maxed, or I have a small leak which has caused me to run out of fluid.
Evidently I have simply maxed out! I looked back on my records and my Dr used the maximum amount of fluid in the range of what supposed to be put in the reservoir. It’s been a year since this happened and it still gets rock hard and just when I think I can’t get anymore fluid in it will not refill and remains flat til I hit the release button. I also have a friend who had the same implant as I had by the same dr about a month before I did and he has had the exact same experience at the 13th month. Talked to him yesterday and he is just like me, he’s also been doing this for a year, it gets to hard as a rock and then it goes flat. Hopefully this is your case but definitely time will tell. Good luck!

I had the same thing happen this year after I had a revision from a cx to a lgx. The dr thought there was a slow leak but turn out that they didn’t add any fluid to the reservoir during the revision and the lgx expanded and used more fluid. They just went in and everything was holding pressure so they just added addition fluid. The implant had been working great since then.

Wow reading your signature block I'm trying to count how many implants you've had... 4 or 5? Has your penis changed at all in that time?

I have lost count but I believe I have had around 10 surgeries related to the implant. 4 of those being because I had a serious infection. After the infection they put in a cx and it was a little short due to scar tissues that built up when there was no implant installed. In January I had a revision back to a LGX and fat pad removal and my penis has never looked better since. I did loose some of the natural engorgement of the head after the many surgeries and but the implant goes far into the head and supports.

Thanks for all your imput guys. I'm reaaly hoping the hope rider 1400 gave me is correct, it's happened once again yetrdeay but it's after i pump to the max, ball is hard, then i do some perrito, pump again ball is hard, then leave it for quite a while then do a few pumps before i deflate, it's then the ball goes flat. Hopefully i've used all the fluid that's been put in, but if it's a small leak what will be will be and i'll deal with it. Thanks.
