What does the future hold for young implanted guys?

Can you go on your whole life with implants if you get implanted in your early 30s? I don't mind the pain from multiple surgeries but just the thought of something going wrong in one of surgeries and remaining totally impotent down the road is really scary. How much is the possibility of getting an infection which screws up your penis forever? Can top doctors in US/Europe always bring you back in the game? Is a malleable always doable if you cant get anymore an IPP?
So many questions...

you are asking about the future and no one can know. There are also many discusssion on this subject

Bottom line if you can have an erection with injection or other methods and you are young just delay the implant as much as possible

When everything fails you don't have anything to lose and the implant is the way to go

My thought on this is do what you have to do now, worry about the future down the road. When you're young why live a life of suffering if there is a fix. If you get to old age before you get fixed are you going to have the stamina to use it? And most important is the lack of erections all those years can cause you to lose size.

Agreed with the other guys. If you're young, don't go to implant until you've got pretty much nothing left to lose

For me I look back and wish I would have gotten the implant sooner and not wasted my time with the pills and shots that were not reliable . I lost a marriage and wasted many years trying to find something that would work. I have had possibly more revisions than anyone here and I would get a revision in a heartbeat. If the shots or pills work then don’t get the implant.

the posts I see here reveal a truth to me, those who have successfully obtained an implant are happy to have made the right choice and would have done it sooner, those who have not had 100% success with the implant say to wait, the problem is substantial, very often it is overlooked by those who have had a successful implant, by doing the implant NO ONE will ever be able to guarantee 100% success, not even the best implantologist on the planet, my implant works very well, it was done by the best and high volume in Italy but I'm not happy

Why are you not happy about your implant with Antonini?
