I’m 5 weeks post op and have problems with sitting up straight or rolling forward from a reclined position. The pump feels like it’s under my testicles.

Does this change over time?
Does it have to be surgically adjusted?

My scrotum is still very swollen and I feel like that might be a part of the reason.

It will take a while for things to finally adjust or you to adjust to them. My pump is low and, in the back, and it took a long time for my scrotal skin to thicken and adjust to it. Kind of like your hands developing callus's. Was the same for me with the reservoir or actually even longer and I can still feel my reservoir now from time to time.
