I Need to Get a Message to Somebody on Reddit

This week I was chatting on Reddit with two different people about my IPP. One is a nurse, who was asking general questions, and the other is a guy who is supposed to help me assemble an penile traction device I bought.
Last night Reddit banned my account for some rule violation while I was asleep, without identifying what I said, and I have no clue.
The upshot is, I have lost contact with both the nurse and the consultant. I would like to ask somebody to send a chat with my contact information to each of them at Reddit chat. Please DM me. Thanks, kind soul, in advance.
