Glans feel cold when dick is flaccid. Not cold when I'm aroused and glans get engorged.
This is only when deflated and not aroused. The color is always pink t
when soft and red to purple when aroused. Is the coldness while being flaccid anything to worry about ?

I don't think so, it just seems like less blood circulates and gets colder. If when excited it thickens and warms up, for me it would indicate that there is good circulation. Let's see what our colleagues say

I’ve been wondering about this also. My glans feels like an ice cube when it’s cool out.
I’m often nude around my house, and It’s around fifty degrees at night. That makes for a cold penis head.

I've noticed that it feels cold against my leg. When aroused and inflated it warms right up. Also if I press on head when flaccid it turns white then gets pink again when released. Kind of like when you squeeze your fingernail bed. So I assume the capillary refill is good.

18 months in here Coloplast Titan. Mine was cold for many months. One day that just stopped. The entire process covering everything with the implant just takes time.

My first 6-8 months it seems it was cold on the glams if it was exposed…. Does anybody remember if your glands got cold before implant?? Maybe it’s just we worry about it now. Either way it seems to have gotten much better by the year plus mark. Even now after two years I will occasionally run around naked in the cool house and jump in bed and when it hits my leg I realize it’s cold. Nothing a little stroking won’t fix!! lol might try using a little cialis to promote blood flow! I use cialis on sex days and it seems to help with engorgement and definitely helps the glands to fill up!

I have had the same issues. I contacted my urologist and he prescribed viagra 100mg. It helps blood flow. 10 per month is enough to keep the blood flowing to the glans...
