Got my implant on 05/01/24. Seems like I am getting tissue growth around my pump. I can find the release button. When i take a warm bath, my scrotum is a little sore. Is this normal? I've been cycling for 6 days now.

I'm not sure if you have a Titan or AMS(not listed on profile )
But at least on the AMS system there is a little button in the middle of that "T" block.
It should be fairly easy to locate.

Tissue 'growth" around the pump?
....Never heard of this before, run this past your Doctor.

You may have some residual soreness for months afterwards, it should be pretty well gone by the 6 month mark.

It’s been 6 months and your just started cycling 6days ago??? When you start cycling it’s normal to get some swelling in your scrotum and some develops a hematoma from the friction of pumping. If this is the case maybe go easy for a couple days and see if it clears up then start again.
Ok I see your mistake. You’ve been implanted about 4-5 weeks and just started pumping 6 days ago. What I said in previous paragraph is even more likely.

It's a Ams 700cx. Should have worded it better. It's not really a growth. It's more like a mass. I can move it around in the tub and find the deflate button. I just didn't know if this was normal. Texted the Dr. He's going to call me in some antibiotics just to be safe

I also have an AMS implant. When I got the okay to deflate after surgery I couldn't feel that button at all. I even asked the doctor is it was the same as the sample they gave me after surgery. He said it was. Once you get the hang of it, it's easy to use. :D

i got mine jan 18th 2024 and i started cycling as soon as the doctor deflated me from 60% at the 2 month mark.
my scrotum is still sore at times especially when i try to pump to the max

i felt i had tissue growth around the pump and that it was also some what attached to my left testicle but now that sensation has gone away and i can move it around like a joy stick lol

i just started using a heating pad on my scrotum before i start pumping and it seems to soften the rock and also moves the pump more freely in my scrotum.

this is my heating pad from amazon (disregard the menstrual part lol) it works awesome small/ slim
