To implant or not to implant

Hello - I realize variation of this question have been asked several times but I would really like some thoughts on my situation. I have been having ED issues since my late 30s. I got into a relationship around then and had no issues for about 10 years. Now I have been single for the last 3 years and they have started again. I was taking generic viagra and this work fine up until about 3 months ago. Around this time I had a couple of embarrassing encounters where I couldn’t get hard. I haven’t had sex since April. Since that time I had the P shot and gainswave treatment. As I kind of expected that had little to no effect effect. I tried trimix which worked once but the last couple of times hasn’t worked. I ordered supertrimix and that will be here on Tuesday. If that is not successful I am thinking about seeing a doctor about an implant.
Although I have really only seen positive things I am just worried that it is irreversible. So some questions/feedback - is it possible my anxiety is causing this and I am overreacting? The only thing that makes me say no to this is that the trimix should still work. Why wouldn’t the trimix be working for me? Does it always work once you find the right mix? Could this be another issue (I have degenerative discs in my back). I recently had a complete physical that found otherwise I’m pretty healthy. I do take Ozempic which I’ve heard that could cause some sexual problems but I’ve been taking it for a year and this only happened recently. I was also taking propecia for hair loss (1mg) but I stopped about two months ago and it doesn’t seem like to have made a difference.
So I guess bottom line is I’m pondering whether to just not waste time and get the implant or try and see if any of these other factors may be causing it and just wait.
One other question- how has this conversation gone with new partners? Does it scare any of them off? Not really wanting to be in a relationship so I’m scared this might be an ongoing issues.

I do see one and he just told me to take more viagra. I think I’m going to make an appointment with one who specializes in implants/ed

There are many causes for ED, psychogenic being one of them, your nervous system, etc. Blood flow is only one answer. I’d exhaust all other options first. Also, know the implant. I have a Titan and regret it. I wasn’t made aware of the dog ears or the kinking and the unnatural look when flaccid.
KNOW EVERYTHING before pulling the trigger. It will fail eventually and you will need a replacement. IRREVERSIBLE is forever.

I love everything about the implant, i wish i had gotten it sooner. When i started looking into the negatives of injections vs issues with the implant…. The implant won for my list of concerns.
Top 2, 20 percent chance of scaring with injections, only recommended 2x a week. Implant has a 96% satisfaction rate. I wanted sex as often as i can get it and the injections were not an option for that goal.
I know it sucks, feels like there is no 100% guaranteed cure. Sounds like your doing the right thing, get as much information as you can, make an informed decision.

Agree with every word my implant brother said . FT is constantly negative about implants. I'm sorry for the situation he finds himself in but he's the exception and not the rule . Do your research. If you decide to get an implant ,THE SURGEON YOU CHOOSE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT DECISION YOU WILL MAKE !!! That one decision may make or break your experience with having an implant. I'm completely satisfied. Like Hog , my only regret is not getting it done sooner. I left a lot of pussy on the table because of my delay. You only get one chance at this life .... try to get laid everyday that you lucky enough to still be here .

A good uro can administer an injection for you. That way it confirms the injection is done the right way and if it doesn’t work then you need implant.

Tried all available options and nothing worked. In the long run everything will eventually fail and you move on to the next until your only options are, give up sex or get implanted. Like most my only regret is that I didn't get implanted sooner! It cannot be stressed enough that you obtain the services of a high volume surgeon. Make your decision and go with it. Best of luck.
