Implantat yes or no?

I would like to start a survey here. I am 29 years old and have my whole life ahead of me. I have suffered from venous leakage with a soft glans for 9 years. I can still maintain a 50-60 percent erection during sex and penetrate with it. At the moment sex is possible with a 50-60 percent erection but it is unsatisfactory for me and the women. All the women have left me because of this. I have heard things like the sex is not hard enough. At the moment I am really racking my brains. Should I get an implant or not? I don't want to act too quickly. I got the venous leak as a result of a penis enlargement operation. What do you think? Should I get an implant or not?

Have you tried pills? Have you tried injections? Nobody can answer this question for you. I’ve written on here many times, when your at the end of your rope and fed up with it not working and your out of options it’s probably time but when the time comes you will know it. Once you make the decision to go thru with it find the best Dr you can get to or afford. Put it in his hands and don’t look back.

Yes, you will need to find your own journey with an implant. But, you should at least reach out to your doctor. That way you two can map out what needs to be done and how to get there. Most guys have to go through all the other stuff first. Before an implant can be done.

I've tried everything and nothing really helps. As far as doctors are concerned, I've been to several and everyone has a different opinion. I should lick and finger the vagina instead of fucking until they're too young for an implant. Urologists only want money, that's my experience. As I said, I went to a urologist friend who said I'm seventy years old and if it gets infected or inflamed I won't be able to get an erection at all. That's my concern too because I can still insert my penis into a vagina and ram it even if my penis hurts after sex.

We live in a world where performance is very important. If you deliver that, you are nothing in the world of women, and men themselves are also disturbed by their self-confidence.

Can somebody answer this question? If somehow infection occurs? Can they place a malleable? Or they leave your penis with nothing?

I am in a similar position.
There is erectile function, I have morning woods,I can get it hard, but maininting is hard and hardness is also more 70-80%.
This is an irreversible procedure, there are side effects like infection and even with an implant there are inconveniencies like dog ears, unnatural flaccid look, pumping noises, bulging, etc.
It would be a much easier choice if there was no geting hard at all because then you do not have anything to loose.
At the same time, why should we deprive ourselves from having as many options as possible, for fun and relationships.
One of those Urology associations recently relaxed the threshold for implant and they say something like it does not make sense to delay unnecessarily.
I have been thinking about implant for a long time and there is 90% chance I will go for it this summer.

Finally someone who understands me. I'm very scared of an implant and if at all only a flexible one. I still have an erection but they can't satisfy a woman very well and sex is just lame, especially the glans only gets half-erect. I see with my friends who don't have any erection problems when they meet a woman then it sticks to them. When they get back to me it's simply because the erection is too weak, you can hardly perform and the penis looks smaller.

an implant will not help the soft glans. try injections of tri-mix or tri-mix Gell inserted into the eurethra. after my implant my dick was white and cold. also learn how to use your tongue and fingers. learn the art of making love.

Many things to consider.
At 29, if you go the implant route you are looking at probably 5 replacements if you live into your. 80's
or beyond.
Remember, the IPP has a 8-12 year life span.
If I was in your shoes and NOTHING was helping I would definitely consider the malleable route.
These units have a much longer life span than IPP.
At your age it isn't going to get better.
The erections you still have are going to become less and less over the years you have remaining.
It's a tough spot you're in.
Research as much as possible.
Good luck.
