For those of you who have an implant and use a ring, do you put it below your cylinders or…?

Why would you need a cocktail ring. With the implant I don't get the point.

Rings are used with Implants to provide more glans engorgement.

I had a radical prostatectomy that caused me to lose a couple inches in length. Radiation the next year made things worse. Then my implant caused me to lose another inch or two.

I currently inflate my implant then use a VED pump for a couple minutes followed by putting on a ring. The VED and ring makes me bigger, harder than just the implant.
