Pain and Pressure around Bladder/Reservior

I am one year post-op as of July 14th. Initially, after 3-4 months, all the pain was gone, although some discomfort occasionally returned. Overall, the outcome and experience were good. However, I had issues such as a bad angle and very little glans engorgement, which might be due to my weight.

Recently, I've been experiencing pain and discomfort around the reservoir. My reservoir is located in front of my bladder, and I'm unsure of the technique my surgeon used. There is constant discomfort, and the pressure pain is at a level of 2/10 or 3/10, with a burning sensation in the bladder or reservoir area. Has anyone else experienced something similar? I'm trying to set up an appointment with my surgeon, but I don't think I'll be able to get one soon. I have an appointment scheduled with a local urologist at the end of July.
