Hi, I am a 33 year old male that has been suffering ED my whole life. I’m scheduled to get a titan implant in September. I’m curious does sensation in penis with implant diminish over time? Obviously I plan to have an implant for a while so curious about this. Thank you

Your first couple of months sensation will more than likely be less than normal. Once healing takes place everything should feel pretty much like before.

I am at 5 1/2 weeks post op and beginning to cycle. Was hoping I could have a happy ending, as that's been a month and a half since the last time. But not yet, apparently. So I will back off on that for a week or two now, and just keep cycling, and let the nerves regenerate.

Almost 20 months inColoplast Titan. First time fucking I felt nothing and was so disappointed for the many times afterwards however.....it all worked itself out in a matter of months and it felt and still feels like my original so no worries.

Thank God, I did not loose any sensation, yet. My first couple of times of normal sex, I felt like I was a Premie. When I got my first post penile head, my wife just took advantage of me. Head use to be so enjoyable, you would lay back and enjoy it. Now, my wife thinks shes in control of head. She just takes it. I can't control or hold back. So my sensitivity has increased. Don't know if that's good or bad.

My sensitivity was the same pre and post implant, only numbness was where the incision was on my nuts. Glands and top of the shaft felt normal. 3 weeks in i kissed my wife and came without stimulation, never happened before. A very light stroke session a couple days later had me busting in a couple min…. I dont think the implant had anything to do with it but not cuming for almost a month did. Vag sex my orgasms are way more intense post implant than any other point in life. I have read here thats rare though.

Similar to others. First few months was a little off but is gradually coming back. I seriously think I damaged my nerves using a VED and injections a lot the year before implant. Seems after my first year of pumping and exercising it daily I backed off to 3-4 times a weeks and sensation seems to be getting a little better now.

Jumping in here...
I had a RPP back in 2020, and it left me substantial nerve damage with zero blood flow. I'm still basically numb along the left side of the shaft. Most of the time I don't know if I've climaxed or not-- and can't feel any throbbing unless my wife verifies it.
I've been on Trimix and it's getting useless no matter the dosage.
I know the Dr. will cut holes in the glans to place the tubes.
So has anyone on here had decreased sensitivity after an implant (and given enough time to heal)?
I have a consult with my Dr coming up, and he only uses the AMS700. I don't think I'd go this route if more damage is sustained, so plz convince me...

What city are you in? Who is your doctor?
