Yes, you can. There are some benefits such as tissue oxygenation, minor size gains and ease of dilatation during surgery, but make sure not to do it aggressively to avoid edema and bruising. Some recommend avoiding it a day or two, before surgery for this very reason.

Some tips applicable to even malleables:

The goal would be to maximize your length before surgery. I believe the best ways in order are all day stretcher, like jes extender etc… Hanging weights, thundersplace is a good forum for that then pumps. Pumps are great just before sex but i never had good long term results. Pumps feel nice, worth trying just for that.

Any of the three would be better than noth, especially if you have battled ED for years and lost length. If you are happy with your current length then no need for any of it in my opinion. Good luck! The implant is amazing.

Ideal is to work up to 12 hours a day until you reach your goal.

My surgeon who does more mallable implants than any other dr. in the US told me to use it the 6 weeks before surgery. But not to use it with a mallabble implant after I was implanted because there is a danger of stretching the penis too much and needing a revision.
