I feel a little hot in the front of my glans for a month now, nothing bothersome and I usually feel it after work, has anyone else had this experience, could it be an infection, my urologist doesn't answer when I wake up, I'm fine after 4-5 hours standing at work then there is a small inconvenience thanks I have had the implant for 6 months

Need more info. Does it hurt to pump up to max? Is it more sore after sex? How was your initial recovery? 6 months in is still early. I had all kinds of stinging and aches and pains out to 6 months and more. I did pumping at least twice daily for at least 30 minutes every day and did Perot exercises every time so I was occasionally sore. Probably something to keep an eye on but prob not something to worry about too much.

"I feel a little hot in the front of my glans for a month now"

This may be nerves reconnecting again.
I know at about the 6 month mark, I felt the blood reaching the head of my penis with some degree of engorgement along with the feeling of heat
Your body has this crazy way of trying to get you healed that even thru damaged or destroyed nerve endings.

People who have had severed fingers or toes re-attached speak of feelings returning to their hands and feet over time.

I would let this play out a bit.
I don't think you a serious issue going on.
