I am at 7 weeks today post op. I still have foreskin but since early childhood have kept it retracted due to infections that are not present when maintained around the glans. Not sure what happened if Dr. sewed up incision tighter and which keeps foreskin very tight against the back of glans now. Sex is slightly uncomfortable when penetrating or hand jobs. Blow Jobs are fine as long as hand is very carefully used at the same time. Have always been able to easily roll foreskin back and forth during sex or masterbation. Now even though Glans is smaller 5.5" compared to 6.25" prior to IPP, it is still almost painful to roll over the Head (Glans.) Hopefully with continuing exercise it will expand again to roll easily. At this late stage in life, I hate the thoughts of a circumcision since lots of nerves are located in the foreskin that help in ultimate orgasm. Initially Doctors NP at two weeks said no sex until 6 weeks have passed. We asked him if we could just do Oral on the Glans only. He agreed if we were careful about any sliding up and down on shaft. Long story short, that was a God send.
