2 part question

I am 17 months, post-implant surgery. I had a lot of pain and swelling in my scrotum, which prevented me from cycling. I didn't really start cycling for around 6 months, from what I remember. I cycle now about twice a week. I would say all together, I have probably cycled 40 or 50 times in total.

Does anyone think that there is still hope to possibly gain some size back? I was 5 inches post surgery and nothing has changed. I lost a ton of girth and so far it hasn't come back.

the second part of the question is, ive been single for 12 years. I haven't had intercourse in 12 years. I just met a girl around 3 months ago, and we are finally starting to talk about having sex. I have a large fupa which makes things very difficult. And, the 5 inches isn't enough for missionary because of the fupa.

How would you guys approach this relationship? Tell her soon? Tell her that sex will be exploratory, because i'm not sure if i have the length for pentration?

5inches with a 24cm seems too low. Are you sure you are pumping it full?

Well, im giving it around 25 partial pumps. I then wait and give it about 10 more. Its hard as steel at this point. I feel like it is fully pumped. Its been the same length for over a year
