I had circumcision same time as implant. I do not recommend getting it done and neither did doctor that did my 3 piece implant. I lost feeling and protection as well

I had my implant AMS700 end of January 2025. I never ever would go for circumcision because I would be afraid of losing sensitivity to my glans. When I was younger I thought it would be healthy to be circumcised but my my upbringing has taught me from early childhood to take care of my penile hygiene (washing or showering) by pulling back my foreskin as a daily ritual while getting ready in the morning. All my 74 years I never have had any smegma around my glans or under my foreskin.

If it were me, I would wait at least 6 months before getting circumcised, so that you’re fully healed.
It definitely wouldn’t be good to have numbness in your glans and penis shaft and deal with glans sensitivity.

For me I had my circumcision when I was 31, a year after getting married. I really took good care of my penis showering and cleaning excess bodily fluids but I always had problems with Smegma and my wife got a STD, which I think was because of my uncircumcised dick.
I had mine done at a military hospital at Tyndall Air Force Base during the Gulf War. It did take a couple of months for my dick to heal, especially at the base of my glans, but after it healed up, sex with my wife felt so much better during penetrative sex. For me it felt so much better and I didn’t have to pull my excess skin back to have sex.
I do recommend circumcision but find a good general surgeon who knows what he’s doing.

Good Luck,
SWorks
