Implant before 18 urologist update

In my last post I introduced myself and talked about how I am 17 and have the absolute displeasure of suffering from severe ED and am looking to get implanted as soon as possible. I spoke with my urologist today and together we decided a VED in combination with my daily tadalafil would be the best course of action for right now and I obtained a prescription for Vardenafil. I told him that the purpose of the Vardenafil was to see what works and what doesn't and that my expectation was for it to be as useless as the Sildenafil yielding the same amount of side effects without any efficacy whatsoever. I informed him that as soon as I turned 18 I planned on contacting the big implant specialists and requested him write a letter stating I was a good candidate based on my failure of oral medication and severe ED. He said it wouldn't help that much because most urologists would decide based on their own opinion whether or not they would be willing to implant me but he said would do it anyway since I felt it will help my case. I think he underestimated how helpful this could be and I feel like him doing this is an actual step closer to me getting an implant. In the meantime I'm looking forward to trying the VED to give myself some relief and feel the feeling of an erection again (that last sentence helps me put into perspective how fucked this whole situation is) but I probably won't be able to masturbate with the thing because I've tried constriction devices before which didn't do fuck but while it won't allow me to engage in sexual activity I can at least preserve size (6.5L and don't know girth because I can't get hard enough to measure it) and prevent hypoxia.
