Do malleable implants really last a lifetime

Heard of USSR guys who have them for life.
Rigicon MALLEABLE
20 cm + 0.5cm RTE
11 mm diameter rods
——
Pre-Op penile length: 7.9 inches length, 4.75 inches girth
Post-Op penile length: 7.5 inches length, 4.5 inches girth

Like asking how long you can drive your car ... brand .. engine size .. road conditions .. same thing with an implant .. each dr skills are different ... each dick implanted is different ..each type of use is different ..gay ..straight ..bi .. age .. how often many variables to the facts .. I'm hoping my mallabble will last a lifetime ...hope springs eternal ..
