I continue to experience swelling under my glans, though there’s no redness, pus or discharge. I'm three months post-op with Coloplast. I have doctor appointment next week. Could anyone let me know what to expect, including both potential positive and negative scenarios?

Hopefully you have a good urologist/surgeon, I don't know if it is oversized but they should be able to tell you.

I occasionally feel like the implant might be diametrically oversized. If that turns out to be the diagnosis, would surgeons typically recommend revision surgery to adjust to a smaller diameter?

What was your natural girth before the implant?

Is your problem when you pump or is it in the flaccid state,, and how often are you cycling?

I don't think it is something serious. Could be just swelling that needs some more time to heal. Maybe your doctor will ask you to apply warm compresses and icing.

My mistake, I didn't measure my pre-implant girth. I've been dealing with severe ED my whole life. My VED max length was 6 inches, and after the surgery, my length is exactly 5 inches.

Due to poor hand dexterity after surviving a stroke, I was recommended a pumpless device. It is always in an erect state, but I can bend it to a concealable state.

That's reassuring to hear, thank you. I hope the urologist doesn't diagnose an infection or oversizing.
