If I had a do-over ......

.... I think I'd go with the AMS CX. Why ? Because the reasons why I picked the Titan , after living with it for 15 months , were not as important as I perceived. So what were my reasons for picking the Coloplast Titan over the AMS ?
1) The titan was harder
2) The titan was bigger
3) Having Peyronie's, the Titan was supposed to help straighten it out more because of reason #1
4) Titan just sounded cool . The dumbest criteria to use when picking out an implant
What I've learned:
1) The wife doesn't like it pumped to the max . It's TOO hard ! So I only pump to, approximately, 80%
2) The Titan is barely bigger . Probably not even enough to notice . If you're that concerned about the lack of girth, you could get filler
3) After suffering from ED for so long ... I was obsessed with being hard. I didn't care about the flaccid state ! I was flaccid for 10 years prior to getting implanted . Now I wish the flaccid state was better . I don't like the dog ears , even though it is true that they soften and are manageable with a few pumps, BUT the titan does kinda feel like a bent straw in the wrapper ( I forget who made that analogy first but it stuck with me when I read it )
4) This might be unique to my situation ...but my right cylinder kinda buckles. I don't know why . Is it bumpy because the left corpora is a little longer than the right side and causing it to bend that way a little? Is it because the right side was the side I had the scarring and the plaque incisions done , causing it to be bumpy ?( Think of corrugated tubing). Whatever the cause , i don't like it and am losing hope that it's gonna go away with time. I often wonder if the softer AMS material would do the same. The Titan kinda has a soft plastic feel to it under the skin .
Now having said all that ... I'm still thrilled with my implant! All the imperfections are minor compared to having ED and not being able to perform like a man. It was torturous to have a beautiful wife and knowing you can't really do anything. THOSE DAYS ARE BEHIND ME FOREVER NOW AND I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER !
