Pumps up quietly
Soft deflated
One touch deflating
Plenty firm when inflated
Cons:
Narrow girth
Not available in longer lengths requiring RTE’s
Deflation makes a buzzing noise
Early failure (mine)

Titan
Pros:
Great girth
No RTEs with more size options
Very firm
Con’s
Harder to deflate
Inflation sounds like a quacking duck
Deflated state is crinkly and still firm
Deflated penis looks lumpy and misshapen

I have the Titan now (24cm) that I got in March and I'm scheduled to have it replaced with a AMS CX on Wednesday this week. About 4-6 weeks after surgery when I started cycling that I could tell I did not like it. Hard feels like a dildo - honestly it's unnatural. Penetrating with it was great and it worked flawlessly. I'm with a new lady who I met after the implant so there's no asking her how it was before or after. If she's giving me oral I keep it at about 70-80% because it's more natural.

Flaccid is THE reason I'm changing. I absolutely hate it. It feels like straws in my dick. The dog ears are so pronounced and hard and irritating. Also, my dick is always hard. It auto-inflates to some degree but even laying in bed and sleeping, it's just like a little partially inflated dildo. There's nothing natural about it.

I will give an update after my surgery this week as well as in a few months when I have more to share. Happy to answer any questions.

I think that as a possibility only when the tunica albuginea allowed for a full expansion in the first place. Different anatomy, different results?

I personally don't think so. After getting my CX. My girth was unchanged from my normal pre ED girth.

Just because you saw something on YouTube doesn't make it the truth.

People keep saying that an AMS implant can't produce 6" girth. I've even seen guys say that 5" girth is the max with an AMS. I can reach down & grab proof that both statements are wrong.

Gt 1956 from the video you can see that the inflated titan has a circumference of 7 cm and the cx 6.5, adding them together you should lose 0.5 cm for each cylinder, since I'm about to switch from titan to cx I hope you're right , in any case I would be willing to sacrifice 1 cm in exchange for feeling comfortable once and for all and enjoying my implant without having any discomfort, when the time comes I will ask my doctor what he thinks of the tenacio pump and if he can implant it if he thinks well of it
