I had my surgery a week and a half ago. Hematoma started as the size of a cantaloupe now it’s about the size of a softball. I’m having some intense pain currently in my scrotum and shaft.
Question:
When did the pain stop for everyone? Is this normal? I can’t do anything right now. It’s literally bringing me to tears.

I also had a lot of swelling and pain, as well as bruising.
I did take a pain-killer a few times to sleep, but only for the first few days.
It did ease up after the first couple weeks.
Hang in there, and follow your doctor's instructions. You'll be glad when you find out how great it is in use.

Peniscrotal, 2/23.
6.25" OEM with Cialis, about 5" post-op. (11/01: Length 6.75" and girth is up to 4.75" mid shaft.) Still growing, albeit slowly.
Cycling daily. Hoping to get to 7".

Don't worry, it takes 3-4 weeks until the hematoma resolves, you probably have some medication, that your doctor gave you, no?

Sorry to hear your pain level is so high. The pain was horrible for me for about a week, the drugs doc gave me (hydrocodone and tramadol) did nothing to ease my pain. Then on Percocet and about 3-4 days of those made the pain decrease.

For me, at the 2 week mark I thought surely something was wrong.
My 3 week was yesterday. The difference between last Monday and this Monday was significant.
I have my first post op tomorrow and finally get these staples out. I hope the cycling goes OK.
I’ve given up the pump a squeeze but not 100% effort but damn that thing is hard to squeeze.
Hopefully you start feeling much better in a matter of days.
