Implanted 9/30 with Dr Karaman in Istanbul (pg 4 starts Day 1)

Hey guys!

It’ll be a while before I actually go bionic (waiting on my passport to be renewed), but I figured I’d go ahead and start a journal post to document things.

XX is something I’ve dealt with for quite some time. I’d say about 20 years or so (I’m 40). It became really noticeable after I had an operation to fix peyronie’s at about age 20. I still wonder if the doc messed something up. I can’t help but think he did, but who knows? Either way, it led to some embarrassing moments in the bedroom.

Pills worked well enough, until they didn’t.I had a Doppler about 10 years ago that revealed a venous leak. Last year, I had another that revealed…SURPRISE…it had gotten quite a bit worse. Thus, the pills just weren’t enough anymore.

Because of my age and being unmarried, the idea of an implant bummed me out. Reading this forum and realizing it was my best option motivated me to go forward with it. I’m grateful for all you guys that share your experiences.

I chose Dr Hakky. He seemed on point and I got the procedure scheduled. Lo and behold, my insurance denied it as an exclusion. I then even bought another insurance that also denied it. After all that haggling, I kinda thought hope in that was lost for the moment, since there’s no way I can pay so much out of pocket right now.

I saw that AMS had a financial assistance thing, but the limited girth expansion turns me way off from that. However, seeing you guys that have gone to Dr Karaman has reinvigorated my efforts. The price seems doable with a loan and you guys all seem to vouch for him.

My plan is to go with the Rigicon Infla10ax. From what I’ve read, it’s the widest diameter of the 3, expands both length and girth, and has a lifetime guarantee. Sounds like a winner to me.

Arranging a hugely important procedure like this in a foreign country is a bit unnerving, but I trust and appreciate what I’ve read from you guys!

hello friend,

I'm considering karaman too because I read a lot of story here in frank talk.

The review of the patients seems to be great, the price is about 8-9K.

Please update some info if you will talk to him and will schedule the operation.

thanks a lot

I'd make sure you can get service and warranty support for that model implant in the US. It is not approved here in the US and not sold here so your warranty may only be good in the country you get the implant in. Rigicon is not the easiest company to deal with as I have found out with my implant as far as information and contacting.

Right, you can't beat that out of pocket price even considering the flight. The reviews here is what gives me comfort as well. I would never get such an important operation done overseas if not for this forum. I'd have rather sold a kidney to get the ole pecker back to pecking.

I'll be sure to update.

Thanks for the heads up. I'd imagine I'd be flying back there for a revision anyway.

The AMS CX is similar in what it can give you in girth to the Titan. I understand it is a bit more oval though. To counterbalance that it has a reputation for being more comfortable when flaccid

Hey guys,

Just got off a call with Nasimi. It was encouraging. If anyone is wondering, the current price for Dr Karaman is $10500USD. Nasimi answered all my questions. I don't really understand why Hakky said to cycle after 1 week and Karaman says wait 4 weeks. I'll follow the doctor's orders though!

My one concern is hiding this bulge for the 4 weeks post surgery. I work in a business environment. Slacks and tricked in shirts is the norm. I'm not sure at all how to go about that without looking crazy. Any suggestions?

With proper choice of underwear you will be able to manage it. The first few days are very painful and you should not look to get back to work for atleast 8-10 days imo.

Hello friends,

I spoke with Mr Batikan at Rigicon whom is facilitating my trip and surgery to Dr Karaman. Cost with hotel is €7500, or 8400USD. I suggest to everyone to go on rigicons website and send a request. Althogh price is just a bit higher as mentioned, it would cover the airfare at least. Just my two cents (my opinion). Please update as you go along as Im planning for a November surgery with Dr Karaman. The lifetime warranty is a huge plus, and from my understanding the potential failures of pump etc. seem equivalent. Not many AMS or Titan implantees posting about theirs working perfecr for more than 5-6 years without revisions from what I’ve read here.

Best of luck brother!

That's awesome, and I could definitely use the discount. Did you just use the contact form on three rigicon site?
